Normally, I’m a fan of Mr. Samuelson’s writing, but in this article, just recently posted on Newsweek’s webiste he’s way, way off.  In the piece Samuelson basically argues that the new administration and congress are going to soak the rich, raise taxes, and try to engineer some kind of massive redistribution of wealth.
